Very unprofessional male staff member. Don't have enough training of customer dealing. Supervisor doesn't know how to deal with customer. We are boosting the economy please be nice.

Last place to fill up before heading to hills. Nice staff when i visited. Not much inside but you can buy stuff from little market near it. Price always fluctuate so can’t complain about it. Not same everywhere. However it was 130-140 while Melbourne recently hiked to 160-170.

Went there half an hour ago 30/7/2022. Guy in his 60's was absolutely rude. Yelled out to my husband as he walked to an area inside, oi not over there" & then told my husband to "get out of there because he was walking in an area that he'd just cleaned"!!My husband asked if he sold newspapers & got a rude No!Then as my husband went to walk out he got yelled at again

No LPG fuel. Nearest LPG fuel stations are in Stawell, Horsham and Ararat.Ampol Halls Gap store operator is really friendly to guide us the cheapest and nearest LPG fuel station.

I wouldn’t normally review a servo but this place has a really good, well thought out range of essential hardware, fishing/camping equipment, usually service stations stock mostly overpriced garbage that no one wants, but this Caltex has well priced gear you actually want/need. Kudos to the manager here 10/10 stock management.

What a positive experience. After I filled up with fuel I asked if I could top up my van water tanks but the tap was out of reach due to some renovations. The attendant tried all sorts of solutions and gave me alternatives. Unfortunately there are no water taps in Halls Gap so I ended up driving to Stawell as per the advice provided.Really appreciated the help.

Potential bad diesel (amplify) Labour Day weekend. Fuel economy went from 9.5 straight to 13.9.Putting this here to see if anyone else had the issue?

Sad to see that the opening hours of this facility have been reduced. Last night, friday night of the Melbourne Cup Long Weekend, some of our guests went to purchase fuel just before 6pm and found the service station closed. Not even a credit card purchase on the pump was possible as the power source was off. These campers had checked opening hours online earlier in the day and were under the impression that it was open until 7pm. Please be aware of this and top up fuel at Pomonal (before 6pm Mon-Sat) or in Ararat or Stawell before coming out to the Grampians.

Prices same as the big city so no big deal if you get caught out on your travels and have to fill up here! Nice friendly service
