Janine is awesome! so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Janine and format c: computersPS. Very un-Australian and piss weak for the bloke that gave 1 star. He is a competitor.

I had been having some strange and worrying issues with my PC causing random freezing and blue screens. After spending some money on what was a misdiagnosis, new hard drives and a fresh Windows install already at another service provider, I was nearly cornered into buying an entirely new GPU after not seeing any initial improvement. I was also left without my computer for a week, causing downtime for my business.I decided to get a second opinion from Janine and Steve on the recommendation of a friend. They saw to me on a Saturday, spent most of their day working on my computer and found the problem to be the VPN which I had recently purchased and installed. A simple uninstallation fixed my issues entirely.Not only did they save me potentially thousands of dollars, they could’ve saved me even more had I gone to them sooner - and I was without a computer for less than 24 hours.Both Janine and Steve are awesome people and know their stuff about computers - I couldn’t recommend them enough. I won’t be using anyone else for my PC issues in the future!
