I've been coming here for many, many years and I'm always more than satisfied with their work. My car always leaves looking immaculate and the staff are friendly and helpful. I read the bad reviews and I can't believe it. Maybe it is the customers are the problem, not the business. I've had my car washed numerous times over the years and can't fault them. The price compared to other car wash businesses is quite reasonable and definitely not over the top expensive. My large 4wd hadn't been washed for 18 months and it was a huge job but it only cost $100 which I thought was great value considering the state it was in.

Second time I've driven away from this place with a dirty car. Because of the colour we can't wax". I asked you to wash and polished like your sign says. " We can't wax your car". OK

I voted with my feet. I love supporting local but charging extra for a vacuum that’s advertised as included is disappointing. There was some general dirt (nothing that would require anything more than a light vacuum). I am now sitting in an air conditioned cafe, getting my car washed and the interior done for the same price. I am sorry I couldn’t give you a better review.

Used to come here regularly but last time they wanted to charge me $75 instead of the usual $50 for normal in and out clean. Not understandable and annoying.

Seven Star always does a very, very good job of cleaning my car and the staff are always really nice and friendly. I get both the interior and the exterior of the car washed and a high quality, professional job is always achieved. When I am getting my car washed, there are normally at least two European or sports cars getting washed as well, which should say something about the quality of the job. For some reason, they don't open on a Sunday (weekends are usually the only time people have off work, to get their cars cleaned), so I recommend getting there early on a Saturday, as they can get super busy with the weekend volume.

The most unreliable and unusual work ethic …. If you arrive at 3.50pm they won’t wash your car because “they close at 4 just like the sign says”. The sign also says they open at 8am - I turned up at 8am and the place was still closed at 9am! the phone was connected to an answering machine (not redirected to a mobile) and there was no sign or indication of when the place would open. Two other customers arrived and waited 15-30 minutes then left very unhappy. Save yourself the effort, read the other reviews on their work, then go somewhere else!!!
