My neighbour recommended I go and see Carlo and the team from Naturally Tiles for my bathroom renovation, after she had finished her renovation. I am so glad I did. We recently renovated both our bathrooms. Jess from Naturally Tiles was super helpful when we were selecting tiles and fittings. The process was really easy and we were very happy with the prices. Our bathrooms look awesome and we would happily recommend Naturally Tiles to anyone.

Bathroom renovations are very disruptive and can be extremely stressful, not only the demolition, but also trying to find the fittings you are looking for. I searched so many places, just to find the correct shower rail. It was exhausting, until I remembered a friend had mentioned Naturally Tiles Mona Vale. I happened to be out that way so decided to pop in and check it out. Well, from the moment I walked in, it just felt right. As I walked to the end of the shop, I saw a great display of fittings and exactly the shower rail I had been looking for in brushed gunmetal. Carlo just finished with a customer and came over to greet me, from that moment, I knew I was in good hands. Carlo is extremely professional, not pushy, gives great advice, knows everything to do with not only tiles and fittings, but also a lot about plumbing, the potential pitfalls and is really good at drawings. We designed my vanity unit, I knew what I wanted but Carlo had a few good suggestions too. I brought all my fittings from Carlo and my renovation turned into a fun experience. Carlo has a great sense of humour and it was fun bantering with him, we had lots of laughs along the way. My bathroom renovation went smoothly and Carlo made sure everything was ready when required. I selected Parisi, Carlo has a great relationship with this company and lives up to the promised guarantee. Carlo is a perfectionist, as am I, therefore, he lived up to my expectations easily. He is very passionate about the business and truly strives to keep his customers happy. Jess and Ross were also fantastic, nothing was too hard for Carlo and his team. I highly recommend Naturally Tiles, if you are after a smooth renovation, look no further.

Carlo spent a good couple of hours with us helping us choose all our stuff for our new bathroom, including great pieces of advice on how to make sure it both looked good and was practical to use & clean. He delivered the right things at the right time and was easy to deal with throughout. Finished product in the photo.

The products available are all of high quality and the prices competitive. Nothing was too much trouble for Jess. She is an expert with design, practical considerations and follow up. We would have liked to have been informed of the advantages of buying all the tiles from the same factory , but with Jess's help, we were able to rectify this. She persisted with details to ensure that we were more than satisfied with the job. It was certainly an advantage dealing with a very experienced, local company. Calls were always returned and nothing was too much trouble for Jess.

Naturally Tiles sells 5 star bathroom products, the staff are very helpful & friendly, in our case it was Lydia who helped us tirelessly from our first visit to organizing delivery.They were highly recommended to us by our bathroom renovator, now we know why, and we highly recommend them to our neighbours and friends.Thank you Lydia and Naturally Tiles!

You'd not really expect to have an incredible experience when buying tiles. Seriously they are just tiles. Never bought from these guys before and after the experience never going to be buying from anyone else. Doing a home project by myself with no previous experience, Cannot thank Carlo enough for his patience and tips on how to do a good tiling job. He recommending these levelling clips which makes the job look professional even for a novice like me. Good on you guys, You've got it just righ.

We've renovated 4 bathrooms on separate occasions with the help of Naturally Tiles and we couldn't recommend them more highly. The staff are so helpful and knowledgable and helped us get exactly what we wanted within our budget. Absolutely recommend them!
