I have recently ordered a few products from the Hopers Crossing branch. The online ordering was user friendly and efficient and my products arrived on time and in good shape, I'm impressed with their service.However, One of my products was not quite performing as expected, and upon contacting them through their online platform, they promptly replied and advised a reasonable solution by exchanging the product for me.As a student of the trade (and thus, not a big spender) they've treated me kindly and fairly. It is testament to their character and I will not hesitate to refer anyone to do business with Hairco Hoppers Crossing.Thanks Guys, keep up the great service!

THINK BEFORE YOU GO!!!They very good at sell their product with premium price. Since you pay them money their tones and level of customer service get change. We purchase an EVY straightener and we went back and said it’s not working properly and she said we can’t do nothing call company. So I don’t understand why don’t you tell us buy direct from company.Ridiculous people and service !!!

You use courier please, with a one star average from more than 5000 google reviews most with similar complaints. Despite selection of a collection point they continued to claim failed attempts to deliver and failed to hold my package despite me arranging to collect it from their depot. They offer no contact phone number. Eventually I was lucky to receive my package but many customers haven't. If you care for your customers deliveries please change to a reputable courier.
