Flinders Peak Conservation Park
Great climb that was surprisingly simple. Challenging in parts with alot of incline walking and lots of shade even though parts had been burned. Clean and tidy picnic area. Ginormous spider made himself comfortable on our back seat but he leaped to freedom when we opened the back door! Worth the trip out to check out the views! Plenty of water needed especially if you arent there for the super early morning start!

Nice walk however it is pretty challenging if you are a short person (like me). At some stage you need to climb rocks which is possible but not easy. That took us 4 hours (with return) to finish it. The view is beautiful and you can enjoy a bit of a rest on a platform at the top.

Nice hike with different views along the way. There was a bit of rock scrambling part which was challenging but not dangerous. The view at the peak was pretty stunning. Only just over an hour drive from Brisbane. Less crowded than some other more famous mountains but the view up there is definitely worth a visit. Overall a great experience!

The picnic area is good, bring own drinking water. The hike to the peak is a tough one, small amount of scrambling, beautiful views at the top

Great track to the peak with really good 360° views at the top. Unfortunately after the recent installation of a wind sock at the summit it is constantly creaking and groaning while you're at the top trying to relax. This takes away from the serenity quite a bit.

Great hike. Took 2.5 hours return with a few little stops. Beautiful scenery and some fun little scrambles.

Boy was this a hard one! Very steep! Very rocky at the top too, but I loved the rock climbing. It was hard on the way down because of it being so steep, good grippy shoes is definitely a must! It was quite foggy on the day we went so I was a little disappointed at the top cuz there wasn't a lot you could see, but it was very satisfying completing the climb. There are picnic tables and a bbq on site at the bottom of the mountain, disabled parking and toilets too. However they are drop toilets and full of flies. Be sure to bring fly repellent for the climb too as we all got eaten alive. Overall though it was a good day!

Fantastic hike, it's around 6.5km return with about 600m in elevation. Includes some scrambling across rocks and has some amazing views. Grade 5 climb so would only suggest to those prepaid for a challenge but a mate took his young kids up there so it's not extreme. The road to the day area is dirt and has some small creeks crossings, so probably recommend a car with some ground clearance.

Challenging yet worth-climbing track. The trails are generally well-defined throughout. Be extra cautious when walking on narrow path beside a cliff.
