the owner can not take criticism he verbally bashed my friend voicemail screaming he’s taking her to court over a truthful and bad review he also won’t stop sending her repeated messages like a lunatic. it’s one thing to leave a verbally abusive voicemail but to continue sending messages. Very unprofessional and disgusting communication on his end. I’m appalled by his behaviour as he is a fully grown adult and my friend is a young adolescent. Would highly not recommend

I requested a scalp bleach treatment for my blonde hair, although the colour was nice I was left with multiple chemical burns on my scalp. The burns on my scalp ended up scabbing which is not okay! I was left with a lot of irritation on my scalp. I will not recommend jad hair salon nor will I be returning to this salon ever.

The owner John is amazing as the staff is too and they are all very friendly and easy to talk too. He has been doing my fiancée's hair for over a decade getting foils, colour and the works, and the results are amazing, also shout out to Ella who has been doing her hair for 4 + years she does an amazing job too. One small thing otherwise I would give 5 stars is, that it takes really long. Might be long cause I'm a guy and I don't have the patience but I highly recommend them

i would highly not recommend going to this salon. i was only attending this salon for one specific hairdresser as i only trusted her with my hair. on the other hand the boss is a very arrogant rude and unprofessional man. the way he conducted himself and spoke to his staff was disgusting. he also ruined my beautiful blonde hair, after having concerns about adding heat to my bleached hair he insisted and overstepped the hairdresser who recommended it not being a good idea. after he made me put my bleached hair under the steamer it has since been permanently damaged. it’s been 12 months since and my hair is still breaking.i’ve also been approached by people who used to attend this salon warning me that john the owner will fry their hair off.my mother who also had been a long term client of his ( even after he fried her hair off) had purchased a voucher and called to book and since her son was dying and on dialysis, she wasn’t able to do a certain time. john showed absolutely no remorse and then followed on to tell her “it’s not his problem, what do you want from me”.i can not stress enough the arrogance and unprofessionalism on this man, he is rude to all his workers and makes it an uncomfortable environment. he over books people and makes them wait outside as well.IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

I attended Jad hair ! Would never come here again the owner ruined my hair ! he was extremely rude and arrogant . He called me names and burnt my hair !!! if you want the worst experience attend jad hair !! If i could rate it less i would !

This team are friendly, professional and clearly love their job. Crissy and John mainly looked after me, but I had nice chats with some of the rest of the team as well. Great atmosphere, I was able to crack on with my own work, without feeling awkward not chatting.Hair looks and feels amazing, and I was extremely happy with the reasonable price. Recommended!

I have used many salons and this is the first time I found a team who are amazing in their knowledge, technique and personality. I brought my daughter for the first time who was very shy and socially anxious. The team made her look amazing with new colour, amazing cut and styling and she grew in confidence immediately. I know this is what you do JAD Hair every single day but you are simply amazing in every way.You are an amazing team and I recommend anyone to come along, I’ll be coming back time and time again. Keep doing what you do, it’s amazing!!

I can't begin to describe my 1st and last experience at this place. A cut & regrowth appointment turned into a 4 hour disaster. Wrong cut, wrong colour. I was mortified. My hair is layered to manage boof... the layers were cut out. I specifically told the owner i needed layers, he told me he would be the one to decide what cut i would get. He's been doing this for 30 years...he knows his business. My hair colour is medium brown with light copper foils.... i ended up with orange regrowth, and i mean vibrant orange. It felt like i was in an asian nail salon. 1 girl did my colour, another, washed, the owner cut it, and another girl dried it. At the end, i had to go to another hairdresser to have the colour stripped and recut. NEVER AGAIN!!!
