Dr. Valerie provided an excellent experience. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Dr. Valeria took the time to explain the details of what mine and other family members treatment plan was. Every person I met was courteous friendly and professional. They really took the time necessary to do everything right and as a new patient took some really good time to get to know me and my family. Great dental experience! Great job! My daughter was at her first experience with dentist and she was absolutely relaxed and calm. I read reviews before getting our first appointment and they were all positive and at this stage me my husband and my daughter (and my second little one soon will do it) we can surely recommend Luminò Smiles dentist to everyone is looking for professional, reliable and effective dentist studio.

The most disgusting service I have experienced in my life. There are two dentists and they both provide completely different information. I bought my son for a check up and the dentist picked up on a couple of issues but assured me fillings could be done. I told the reception staff that I want my son to see the same dentist at each visit, however, our second visit my son had to see another dentist, who decided it was okay to have adult conversations about the state of my son’s teeth in front of a 6 year old child. Further, the second dentist decided fillings couldn’t be done and picked up on different issues. Fast forward a couple of appointments, I called last week to confirm an appointment and to discuss the next step for my son and his dental health and the receptionist stated the remainder of the work could be done. So my son and I came in today and the dentist decides to tell me that he can’t do the remainder of the work because my son was moving in the chair. If that is the case then you call the patient and inform them over the phone. No one has to drive for an hour to the dentist to be told that. The worst service and terrible communication. DO NOT come to the dentist, they are no good with children whatsoever!! They have accents and do not speak fluent English. The service is very bad!

Beautiful practice and amazing staff. TV on the ceiling is a great distraction. Doctor is extremely gentle and caring. Fees are very reasonable and work done is beautiful. Dr. Amir has done few implants for my family so far!Have been recommending him to all my family and anxious friends given how gentle he is.They even have a professional photo studio for all the beautiful cosmetic work they have done on me!Best practice in Pascoe Vale

I been seeing Doctor Val and Dr Amir! This is the best practise ever! I had dental phobia prior to visiting this clinic but doctor Amir such a gentle dentist! He make me feel welcome and comfortable. I also took my little girl and son to see Doctor Val, she was amazing and my kids was very cooperative with her kindness and patience. 100% recommend this clinic lumino smile to everyone if you would like to see these amazing team. Welldone to them!

My family and I have been going to Lumino Smiles for more than 5years. Dr Valerie and Dr Amir are both gentle, thorough and professional. They are very good with kids, I have 5 and 8yo and they both love going here to get their teeth checked. 100% recommend especially to those who have kids. Bonus, they have monitor on top so kids can watch their fave movie while getting checked/treated.
