entrée was good, main course could have been better, the place was very big and could fit really big crowd. Mic setup was the worst. Couldnt sit there for long because of the buzzing noise.

Everything like hospitality, customer service, management, timing, was worst except the food. I’m thankful that at least we got something that we could say good. I don’t know why the owner neglected to manage our event on 07th May, 2022 compared to other events happening downstairs at red rose on that day. It was so embarrassing to let our friends and relatives to know about the food arrival coz their time was pretty late… and we have to face such embarrassment for the delay infront of our friends and relatives. They were also late to refill the food. We had to ask them to take the dirty dishes out of the tables. They didn’t let us know that they couldn’t find bartender for the event. We gotta know at the time when party was already being started. I was really upset and embarrassed with the customer service as well coz the staffs responded us as if they were working for us for free. The event was on the top of the building. We couldn’t get other function centre coz they were already reserved so we have to stick to red rose and it was first experience and will be the last as well. I’ve never thought red rose would be this worse. I don’t know how the management was operated downstairs. But for us, upstairs management was more than worse.

Worst management seen ever in my lifeWe booked with deposit $500 on May for June event. Told us will be fully refund if incase had to cancel due to lockdown. I had to argue for for 5/6 months to get back my refund and on top of that they charged me administration fee of $100 as if it was cancelled because of me. Never picked up my call or replied back my text. Totally unprofessional and lack of trustworthy. They told me to understand their problem and cooperate as if they were sharing their profit when it was going good. ☠️☠️

Centre is located in CBD, near to rail-bus stations and close to major roads.It's Behind 7 eleven, mosque just across the road. Parking available around side-streets; free during evening pick time. Centre is medium one with wide open entry and main hall. Stairs are steep, toilets are in another floor!

Service is ridiculous.They should know-how to behave with customers.Owner needs to be educated and learn the service of 5 start ratings.They don't understand customer profile or efficiency.Would not recommend to anyone As we pay money for better service.But unfortunately, you won't received service from here. I would recommend 1 star at this stage unless owner improved the satisfaction service for customers.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUINED MY DAUGHTER'S 1ST BIRTHDAY PARTY1.The girls on the floor they are lethargic and in hurry. When any guest ask them to refill cold drinks they just doing it very late and showing not interested attitude.2.During the entree service they just served once in every table for 8 people which they told us before but when any table 8 or 10 people sitting and finishes their food and ask for more they didn't serve from any other table where as their only 2 or 4 people sitting with the full 8 person's serve. They should redistribute the foods with in the tables. What they did they just take back rest of the foods.3. Entree served at 7.50 pm and 8.10 pm we asked our guests to come forward for cake cutting. Many of them leave their unfinished starter plate on their table to see cake cutting. When they return back to their table the service girls already take their plates and they did the same with the main dinner as well. Even with the hosts. While eating dinner my husband leave his plate in a table to see off some guests. After he came they took his plate as well. So some guests and host didn't eat properly. It's a shame for us while we paying money for birthday party but the service we are getting is not acceptable.4. With the dinner they open the counter at 9.15 and without asking any host they closed it 10.00pm. Me and one of the guests only had one serve and we saw they pack away all the foods.5. Now coming on the menu and the cooking. We had their food before and it was tasty. But on our occasion they served the chana chaat we orderedbut they replaced the chickpeas with black chana.6. Kachhi biriyani and egg korma was good but chicken roast was none but the suger syrup gravy just yaak in taste. Paneer was chewy. They replaced rosokodom sweet ( what we order)with kalajamun(what they served) and that also cold. They didn't let us know before serving.So all along after the party when I asked my guests for review they complained about the food and the service they provide us. We felt so sad and bad bcz this venue is good looking and quite expensive than the other in this location. But after paying also we are not satisfied and our guests are not happy. Went there to attain Boisakhi Mela 2019. The place was nicely decorated, clean and well-maintained. Food was good.
