Wouldn’t recommend. Very difficult to deal with if something needs investigating/repair during the warranty period. Marketplace/gumtree would be better places to shop from.

2 faulty washing machines within 6 months. Hard to get in contact with, refusing to honour the refund to which I am entitled to. ACCC and consumer affairs have spoken to the business and yet they still refuse. Spend your money elsewhere these people do not deserve it.

I spoke with Sharon yesterday who provided amazing service and response.Sent through the quote with a photo of the stove being installed, fitted our appointment in at short notice for delivery and install.This is the first time we have used SA Electrical and after ringing around for quotes from other companies who did not do second hand or were completely overpriced we could not be happier with the response and service.Very good service at a very good price.

Originally got a fridge from this place that lasted only a few weeks. We have been getting replacements from the first faulty fridge for 3 months now, we have had 4 fridges now that have all stopped working properly within weeks of having them delivered. Called Business multiple times for it to ring out on many occasions. Poor customer service and really dodgy appliances.

I needed a spare fridge, so I bought a secondhand 9 year old Westinghouse. A week later the door hinge broke. Uggh! A known problem with the brand. They came out quickly and fixed it, in fact, better than new.A month later, The fridge stopped cooling. Damn!Once again. The tech came out next day and swapped out the thermostat and we were back in business.I guess it is, after-all, a second hand fridge, but I really can't complain about the back up service, warranty, expertise and response speed. All excellent.I'm happy. Good job. Keep it up.

Don't buy from this place they don't honour there warranty. Nothing works. Keep your money in your hand and walk or run away.

I've been using these guys for appliances over 5 years, bought several things off of them. They were a great service.They've become complacent with their service as far as I can tell. I've only had one bad experience with them, but it's significant and still not resolved.Bought a fridge from them around the $300 mark. Worked fine for about a week, but then started to freeze my groceries. I called them up, they said they'd call me back and get it organised. 2 weeks later, they say they have a replacement fridge for me while they get my current fridge fixed. They drop it off, pick up my fridge, and leave. 3 weeks after that, I have to call to remind them that I need my fridge back, and they tell me it's just been sitting in a van for 2 weeks and it got fixed same day. They offered their apologies but it was very tedious and avoidable.They returned my original fridge, but it started to freeze my groceries again. I called them up, and again they say that they'll call me back. 1 week goes by and I have to call them AGAIN and they say We'll need to organise a new fridge for you. This fridge is causing you too many issues. We'll be back in touch once we've found one that matches your fridge." and I never heard from them again. I've called and called and they tell me the same thing every time. My fridge is STILL freezing my groceries half a year after I bought it and I've since looked elsewhere for much faster repairs.Their team consists of a rude receptionist

Bought a fridge and washing machine a month ago, both working well and a very affordable price. Love the great friendly service. Will recommend to family n friends anytime.
