Ivonne Canales Health & Fitness
I’ve been training with Ivonne, on and off for some time now and she is good at what she does. The progress workouts she provides is great and she is always accommodating and provides alternative workouts when my back has played up. I also loved how she really simplified the nutrition side of fitness as well and educated me with the macros concept - I started off keeping a diary of what I ate and then felt fairly confident to not rely on it and just focused on the basics. So thank you, Ivonne! I would highly recommend Ivonne as personal trainer to anyone wanting to start their health and fitness journey.

Ivonne has been an amazing personal trainer, I have been doing it 2 times a wk for a couple of months. I wanted to work on my cour and posture and we have done just that, I am feeling very strong from the inside out and my posture has improved and my leg pain is almost gone, Ivonne is very friendly, funny helpful, she explains things well.she is also tough when she needs to be be always kind.
