Outstanding customer service and high quality workmanship! Hot Water Heroes were the only business that would actually discuss our options instead of trying to sell us a complete new system. They dropped by and viewed our system, then supplied us a list of options. We made the decision on which option we wanted. They replaced our broken hot water tank for a new Sunrain tank and hooked it back up to our existing solar. They turned up early on the allocated day. Completed in a couple of hours. Very professional. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I’m very glad I chose HWH to replace my gas hot water system. Their quote was very competitive and communication excellent. At installation time they couldn’t do enough to get the job done tight. Totally happy with the outcome and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Hot Water Heroes
Our solar hot water system failed and started dripping water onto the roof. Hot Water Heroes offered a good system at a great price, and sent us an emergency plumber with a small electrical HWS to sit on the roof until ours was replaced, which took six days. Fabulous service and amazing office staff which knew their stuff. Highly recommend!

I have dealt with Hot Water Heroes numerous times now. Each time they have been on time, efficient, neat, tidy and courteous. Their after sales service has proved to be excellent after we had an issue with one of the systems. They went over and above to rectify the problem, making our Hot Water a priority! As a professional property investor I will definitely use them for all my future hot water needs, and would highly recommend them to others.
