Work that I have had done there had been good, from getting a troublesome mower starting first time to servicing of my chipper. They have been very busy of late, which is usually a good sign.

This business clearly states that it is open on Saturday mornings between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. that is an absolute lie there is no signage whatsoever on the premises informing people of its opening hours

The guys there know their stuff but their customer service is atrocious! We were contacted to advise our ride on mower was fixed on wednesday - we went down that day to pay and were told it would be delivered Friday. Perfect as we needed it by Friday so my husband could show my mother how to use it before he flew home on Saturday. They have no phone number to call them so we went out at 4.30pm on Friday to ask where our mower was and got told it would be delivered Monday. Monday still a no show so I went back to have a chat with them and the staff were so rude to me and told me that delivery was a privilege" - not when you charge for it! It's a service. Mower didn't get delivered until Wednesday - a week after it was fixed and paid for. Would never use these guys again as their labour is expensive (about $150 per hour) and their parts are expensive too (ie: a $40 part cost $55)Go elsewhere. Not worth the hassle."
