We went to order via drive thru ,The operator from.the speaker take order , amd we detail how many chicken we need ,Maybe he misunderstood the order but we detail each , went home without 12 chicken ,I called and theres no way that they can deliver it so we need to.come back .When we come back we need to wait for 20.minutes as chicken sold outSeriously !!!!

Honestly. The whole place needs to be retrained.Continuously slow service. Incorrect orders (bought a large and was given a small drink). Below par chicken (chicken looks so dark), are you guys replacing the oil?Manager must be changed. The place is supremely bad for such a long time. Ridiculous

The food was warm and not too oily. Really appreciate the team member that served us and suggested we could upsize part of the meal at no extra cost due to what we already ordered.

I have just arrived from the gold coast Australia and staying not far from KFC ormond it brings back wonderful memories from the 1970s when this outlet opened I was a very young man about 17years old this store was unbelievably busy then it was something new in Australia.

The usual yummy chicken. Asked me not to order 4 meals in drive thru, you have to go in store. Haven't had that difficulty at other drive thrus before, including KFC Oakleigh and Ashburton.

I recently visited a KFC and was blown away by the level of service and quality of the food. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I was taken care of every step of the way.The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, and I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and flavor of everything I tried. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, the burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection, and the shakes were thick and creamy.But what really impressed me was the speed at which my order was prepared and served. I was in and out in no time, and everything was hot and ready to go.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this KFC store and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend giving it a try! Five stars!

KFC in Ormond is a bit hit n miss unfortunately, there's been times that service has been great but there has also been far more bad experiences.. a large majority of staff seem to be young inexperienced and just don't take anything serious.. I have dined in on occasions when inside the restaurant is absolutely filthy, I don't appreciate having to sit at a table with bits n pieces of leftover food scraps scattered around me... this particular store needs to lift its game and be more consistent.
