If you're into any TCG products, do NOT shop here. The staff have been allowing people to weigh the card packs, effectively robbing other customers from getting anything good. Terrible that the staff let them.

This store actually allows “collectors” to bring in their scales and weigh Pokemon TCG packs so they can buy all the rares from a booster box and leave no chance of anything good for other customers. Buy the whole box and cop the loss on the average packs, you loser. The staff member should also l ow better than to HELP somebody do this. They should be reprimanded and the customer banned from the store.

Witnessed a father and son weighing packs of pokemon cards in store today with the help of a team member. This goes against company policy and needs to be stopped, the team member should know better

Pokémon collectors steer clear from this store! Staff members allow their customers to cheat their way to good" cards by allowing them to bring scales into store and weigh their booster packs. Disgusting and unfair behaviour. Shame on you!!!"

Absolutely disgusting to allow “customers” weigh TCG booster packs, can’t believe a staff member helped and even gave a high five afterwards. Disgusting behaviour for the store and the TCG community.
