Went in to do passport application. Wow! The staff were AMAZING! Knowledgeable, polite & fast! BIG shout out to Sarah, & the lovely lady to her left!!! Take note managers/employers... these ladies deserve a pay rise! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

Package was held at post office for an additional 6 days after arrival with no attempt to contact either party to confirm unit number of address. Not even a knock on door by postie or note left. had to go to post office to follow up and get parcel myself after paying additional funds for express post... Plants inside now in poor health. I'm baffled by the pathetic level of professionalism with which this office operates. would recomend literally any other alternative if possible.

Says online it’s open until 5:30pm yet they shut early and completely ruin my plans. I had an important parcel that I needed to get this afternoon and because of the laziness displayed at this postal office it’s ruined my entire evening. I am beyond disappointed in this service and their customer service.

The best Post Office in Townsville. Super friendly staff who are easy to deal with and go over and above. Longer opening hours is a massive bonus too.It's just a shame all other Post Offices can't be as good as this!

I live on Bamford Lane, not sure if you are the right people to send this thru, but the postie delivering our mail, we have major concerns about we have a letterbox that sits in our colourbond fence, the postie NEVER puts our mail properky into the slot its akways hanging from the footpath side so anybody could access it, we receive all sort of important bills ets that anyone could grab and use for Identity Fraud, he needs to be trained better for the safety of all everyones mail.

We have had a post box there for a long time hence why we go there on occasions just to collect mail. I go to other PO for services due to the rudeness and arrogance of the staff at this PO.

I use this post office for my business.The staff are fantasic always very pleasant and very efficient.I never have to wait long in a que and are always very helpful, 5 * an excellent team!
