I asked for a quote from this company for windows for a new house build last week. They had all the details they needed. About a week past by and I didn't hear back from them so I called and made a follow up. I was also thinking of adding 2 sliding glass doors to the quote that I was asking for, however I changed my mind when: she (receptionist?) Informed me that she will get to work on my quote when 'she' finds the time, because she has other things to do. She doesn't just sit there and do paperwork.... According to her....We decided to go take our business to a company that will actually MAKE the time to speak with us and do us a quote within a reasonable time frame, be courteous and professional to deal with and not rude to customers considering the scope and significant cost of an entire window fitout...
