Must say I was quite surprised of the poor quality of atmosphere in this place. I had booked a Tan Spray. I Was led out the back down unsteady steps to what seemed like a tin outhouse" Very make shift & unpleasant set up. Black plastic hung up around the inside

Went there on Friday and was the best facial I have ever had. I can't recommend this place enough. I'm so glad I live just nearby so I can go and get another treatment soon.

Very disappointed.I went for a pedicure and asked to have my nails cut very short, expected to have the dry cuticles removed and leave with soft" feet.The treatment and atmosphere were nice and relaxing but i paid for the treatment AUD85 and didn't get what i wanted. The therapist said my nails were already short and the cuticles were looking good. Really? I try to keep my toes at its best but i dont go to a nails place to have the therapist telling me they look good enough and still charge me the full price despite not doing what i requested to do.Additional i had orange nail polish on and it's not removed properly. All around my nails there's an orange frame. My heels were treated but not the sole near the toes

Vey DisappointedI went to Omorfia for a consultation for my orange peel legs and loose arms. I was told by Caren with 4 treatments of HIFU I would see results. I paid $2,000.00 for the treatments. I had my 2nd treatment and mentioned my concerns that I’m not seeing any results. I was told by Caren that I had 2 more treatments to go and would see results. I had my 3rd treatment and again expressed my concerns, I was told I had one more treatment and would see results. After my final treatment I expressed my disappointment and there was no change. Caren took photos and said she would discuss the situation with the owner. I was given another treatment but still no difference with my legs or arms. After a week of not hearing from Caren I called several time with no response and then I sent her an email detailing my disappointment. I asked if Caren or the owner could please ringing to discuss my treatment. Via email I was told Omorfia does not guarantee results and they would not discuss this matter in a phone call and view this as resolved and finalised. I was never told there was no guarantee the treatment wouldn’t work, if I was told that I would have never given them $2,000.00Very disappointed with Omorfia’s service.

Well run beauty salon with professional and caring therapists. Have not had a poor experience over the last six years. Especially love Retno's treatments.

Ordered a gift card online as a gift for my mum in July 2020. Gift card was sent blank. Sent multiple emails requesting a new gift card be issued, never received an email back. Have made multiple calls and line is always busy. Terrible customer service, have now filed a complaint with Fair Trading.

Has this closed down?How about letting people know? And what about unused gift vouchers because of stupid covid?No idea on how to run a business.
