Do not buy a car here. It will be a total waste of time and money. The car I purchased from this lot did not last 1 year and within the first few weeks started to have problems. What I discovered over the next few months was this car came with a tremendous number of electrical faults, water leaks and finally a mechanical breakdown that left me stranded on the motorway. With this many issues in a short period of time, its clear thatthere is NO proper due diligence conducted on these vehicles to ensure they are of good standard. Despite attempts to work with the dealer to come to a resolution, the owner was completely unreceptive, didn’t take the issue seriously and brushed me off. Absolutely disrespectful. ZERO stars.

I would never buy a car from Chris Flood Motors again. They sold me a lemon. I had to get Fair Trading involved and then they bought the car back for $300.00 less than what I paid for it.

Chris Flood has a vast knowledge of vehicles and has steered me in the right direction in terms of investing in a dependable, suitable car for me and my family. As our needs have changed, I've always gone back to Chris as my first option to purchase. He's trustworthy and a total gem.

Never trust a Used car salesman, it wasn’t disclosed the Ute we purchased didn’t come with a service history or book and only 1 key.New aerial they installed doesn’t pick up any stations, we were told the Ute was serviced by them before pickup - took it to our own mechanic, fluids were low, clearly no service was done.The salesman complained about how much he disliked the owner of the dealership and that he only works to get beer money, unprofessional dishonest dealership. 0 Stars

Sold a vw Touareg to one of my clients and it was a complete lemon. Electrical issues and the car completely shuts down When driving. Wouldnt touch these guys with a 10 foot poll. Someone that doesn’t stand behind their products is a No for me.

With out a doubt the most dishonest car dealer ever. We had to sue to get some of our money back for repairs . A company withought scruples or conscience . I wish I had read comments before I visited this place. February 2023

Would give 0 stars if I could - stay away! Said they stood behind their product and protected their customers and this is absolutely a lie. Since we bought a 2007 car from them we have had severe electrical and mechanical issues stemming from long-term water damage. In short, they willingly or unwillingly (due to gross incompetence) sold an unsafe and unusable car. Being international, we didn't know our rights and paid for these repairs out of pocket at first. Upon realizing how severe the repairs were, we came to them for help and Jeff seemed to be helpful. Despite months in their possession the car was never properly fixed and a written report of what was actually done to the car was never provided despite several attempts. Days after receiving the car back, the timing CHAIN broke (only 135,000 kms on the car) - effectively totaling it. We've made several attempts to come to a fair resolution, all have been turned down by the owner Chris - who couldn't have acted in a more childish and spineless manor, but that's a rant for another day. His only solution was for me to pay him another $8k for another car on their lot that was listed at $12k and if I didn't do that he repeatedly dared me to go through Fair Trading saying he wasn't obligated to do anything for me. In the next breath he points to a car on the lot listed at $14k and says he would offer that at a slightly discounted rate, but he didn't trust it or think it was reliable. That glimpse into his stream of thought epitomizes how much of a snake this man is. These guys are really living up to the used car salesman stereotypes. Mouth diarrhea of empty words and a non-existent moral compass. Best to avoid.

Picked up a car from them a few months ago. 30 minutes into the drive home to Newcastle the car broke down on the highway. Left the car where it was and demanded my money back. Total waste of time. A week later the same car was back up for sale.
