After a call from them yesterday, my issue has been resolved.I'm convinced July is committed to their customers from a senior management level, and I'm happy to revise my feedback.Thanks again, July. We ordered 4 suitcases from July. Postage is very slow and the cases are all arriving at different times. If this is the experience of July Luggage , I'm a little worried that we have bought more chinese made goods. I hope the luggage is better than the postage.Nothing in these luggage bags are made in Australia. It's made in china from materials from all over the world except Australia.It's a shame they say designed" in Australia to try and fool people in to believing it's Australian made."

Yesterday I popped into the Collingwood store and was very impressed with the outstanding customer service. Lidia went out of her way to help me choose the right carry on & accessories. Jana continued the excellent service while my purchase was finalized. Very happy, thank you.

My Dad and I visited the Collingwood July Luggage store a few months ago to exchange suitcase for a different colour. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Zoe who was extremely helpful and accomodating!She answered all of our questions and even fulfilled my remaining items from an online order that I had made a few weeks prior, because they had the luggage in stock at the store.She was very engaging and even helped us carry all of the luggage to the car. Our experience was stress free and nothing but pleasant thanks to Zoe!

I recently bought the July carry on pro with charging pack (navy with charcoal pockets).And extra charging pack.I can’t remember the young guys name who served me but he answered all of my questions and nothing was too much trouble, because the shop was starting to get a little bit busy.The product looks very durable and a sturdy hard case.My only complaint is I wished that some of the checked luggage’s had the iPhone,iPad charger as well, as the charger does come off the case with a push of a button, then you can keep it with you after you check in the luggage.I also liked that the main shop was in my local area and they also have another shop in Melbourne CBD.And that they are a Melbourne based company.Thanks guys.Cheers,Calvin.

The service I received when purchasing the carry on pro was impeccable, however getting accosted by the ill mannered warehouse staff post purchase was intrusive, boorish and uncivilised, all whilst invading my personal space which was startling, at one point me concerned for my safety. The experience left me dismayed and anxious to the point of wanting to return the luggage I bought as a gift. This person clearly has no respect for customers nor does he care much about being a reasonable person.

Very bad delivery service!!! My home address provided was no problem at all but it was delivered to a totally wrong address to a vet clinic!!! I had to apologise and drive to that clinic to pick up my new luggage. Please check google map carefully to do the delivery!!!
