Been dealing with this company for many years and have always found their service to be prompt, of an excellent standard and above all good old fashioned honesty. The bills have always been reasonable and i have never had to question anything .I can speak very highly of this company and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a large leak at our rental property that was gushing out water that needed to be fixed urgently. After calling first thing in the morning they sent out someone within a few hours and immediately fixed the issue. Quick, efficient and professional service. Lovely to speak to over the phone and very thorough as well. Couldn’t fault them and can’t thank them enough. Will definitely use their services again!

Great service and excellent quality of product

Hot water service died Monday, I called from work Tuesday, they installed by Wednesday lunchtime.

Called to get an estimate for install of two brand new toilets. Unhelpful, sarcastic, Didn't offer to come and quote just treated me like a dumb female. All too hard. Didn't even bother asking them to come out. Was told we're $80/hour".No thanks. Get a clue and some customer service skills."

Very friendly and helpful

Called last week and asked for a plumber to come and fix a leaky tap. I received a phone call a couple of days later but as I was vacuuming - I never heard the phone ring. Called back 5 minutes later but the plumber had been sent to another job. Received a phone yesterday afternoon to say the plumber would be here this morning. Just received a phone call now to say plumber has been re-diverted to another job..... Really?????The guy on the phone didn't know whether or not plumber could get to my house today...... So I'm supposed to wait around all day in case the plumber might come???????????.Thanks but no thanks - I've organised a more reliable company to fix my leaky tap.
