Just Pedal

This has been my go to bike shop for 4 years until I recently left Melbourne. Josh is great and so are his staff. They are always friendly and willing to give great advice on your biking needs. I highly recommend Just Pedal.

Put together my new Factor Ostro and did an amazing job. Rode it today and not a noise. Smoothest ride and perfect changing. I’ve been riding bikes for over 30 years and have never seen bar tape done as professionally as these guys have done. Thanks guys for the great work.

Always friendly and fabulous service!I have been here several times and they’re always very helpful and kind.Today I had a flat and the owner showed me how to easily change the back tyre.I was also looking for mountain bike cleats for my road shoes and rather than selling me what i thought I wanted he recommended that I just buy a cheap pair online as it’ll be much better option and likely cheaper.Highly recommend this store 10/10

Hands down the best to ever do it! Josh and his team are outstanding at what they do and always go above and beyond for their clients! Even leading into an event when their books are full, they will always do everything they can to fit you in! I have been going to just pedal for the past 3 years and my bike has never once let me down! From services, upgrades or pre race checks they do it all. I also get regular bike fits done by Pat who I believe is the best in the business, and has completely changed up my riding position and has made me noticeably faster across long course racing with no discomfort! I walked in a customer and walked out with mates for life.Highly recommend

The back part of the brake of my bike had not been working properly, which affected my normal biking activities for some days.Thankfully the staff was super knowledgable about bikes, who found the real problem with the back wheel and fixed it in literally a minute!! Wow that feels amazing and I am enjoying riding again!!

Had a nasty altercation with the owner after querying a number of things from a Giant Trinity bike build I wasn't happy with. Loose head stem bolts, chain jumped off the small chain ring on the first ride damaging paintwork and some other minor things to be expected. I dealt with these issues politely and was told I was no longer welcome in the shop. Owner did do a great job of sourcing the bike and is a great salesperson but I'd question the build capability of Just Pedal

Josh and the team at Just Pedal are absolute stars. Always wanting to help in whatever way they can and have treated my bikes extremely well in the past.

You would be hard pressed to find another bike store that cares about their customer base as much as Josh at Just Pedal does. Nothing is ever too big of an issue, and they will always find a way to fit your bike in last minute before a race, or just for a little tune up. The only place we trust to take our Liv Avow and Giant Trinity for all of our servicing, bike fits, and retail needs. You guys are the real MVP’s!
