Worst experience with these guys. Very unprofessional, paid money upfront to do the job but neither they are doing the job nor refunding the money. We paid $1000 to clean our site in Mickleham . Now we are taking them to VCATReply to your justification-now you guys have blocked your review option. I am no longer able to write an review now.I have paid $1000 directly into your account if you have anything owing with A1Advanced Constructions that is entirely between you and them . For your information Administrators have been appointed to sort out if they are owing something to any supplier.for the previous job I have paid to the builder as per the contract.For this job I have paid directly into your account so it means it is between you and us. We are trying to contact you over the phone with no luck.Please reply to our query.Thanks

Great communication & service

I have paid $1000 for the cleaning of our site directly into their business account but these guys are not cleaning my site. I called them so many times before writing this review but they don't care if someone has paid them in advance for the job. Please be aware of these unprofessional guys . Asking for money in advance to do the job and not doing it .I have proof of the money transfer from my account to their accounts. I need my money back otherwise next step will be VCAT.
