Very very very slow service. Expect an extra long wait even if there are only few people before you. Took 15-20mins for each person. I do venepuncture myself and it takes less than 5min!

really really disgusted went there at 8am had to wait 2 hours for a simple blood test was packed one nurse on. cards jumbled people who came in an hour after me were taken in beforehand. poor nurse phoned and manager for help asking if more would be on tomorrow and told maybe maybe not. I am the general manager of the fastest growing health business in SA this is disgraceful disgusting and very very poor management

absolutely disgracefull, too lazy to even glance at my referral they made me wait 45 minutes only to find they could not do the test and told me to go to the QEH, where they told me to take a number and wait again, lazy slow and indifferent, never again, Port Adelaide Branch makes them look like ametures

Get more staff. After 50 minutes 4th in line was still waiting and I was number 11. Left and will try a different company
