I have been very happy with my invisalign results. Although the initial treatment plan didn't correct the problem fully, this was already laid out as a possibility up front and every effort is being made going forward to get the perfect result. Very professional and knowledgeable staff, especially Dr Downing.I found that I wouldn't get whitening done again though as it was more uncomfortable than I expected and the results weren't that much different. I was forewarned that my teeth have a particularly resistant enamel type to whitening, so I wasn't disappointed as such, just not something I'd bother to do again.

Dr Downing and her team were incredibly friendly and professional! They explained the process and addressed any concerns before the whitening procedure and I’m very happy with the results :)

I have been seeing Dr. Caroline Downing since my wife convinced me over three years ago after being messed around with my then dentist. I have never looked back and every time I visit, it’s a good experience because she’s caring and professional. I’d say great but she’s a dentist and I’m petrified of needles! But on a serious note I think she’s the best I have and I would not want anyone else caring for my precious teeth and gums.

I had a very complex Invisalign treatment. Dr Downing went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done perfectly. She continuous reviewed and discussed my treatment plan and updated it when and as required in order to get the best result. She is also a very caring and understanding person with a fantastic support team, which made my Invisalign journey a very pleasant and enjoyable one. I can very highly recommend her for any Invisalign treatment!

Had four crowns installed. It was most fascinating indeed. Marvellous job was done and my teeth are better than the original ones. I'm a handsome looking devil now. No pain from start to finish. I could tell that the team of technicians and Caroline herself are first class.

Visiting Dr. Downing to help me with improving my smile has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I now have a smile that I am proud of and it wouldn’t be possible without the kind, compassionate, professional and high quality expertise of Dr. Downing. All of the staff are friendly, accommodating, flexible and nice people. I cannot speak more highly of this wonderful team of consummate professionals, I was treated like a valued individual and I very much recommend North Shore Smiles.

The staff here are so friendly. It was my first time going to North Shore Smiles today and I had an amazing experience. I had my teeth whitened by the amazing Dr Downing and i’ve seen her before at a different practice and the work she did putting in wires and whitening my teeth was incredible. So professional, so comfortable, I always enjoy my appointments with her. I’ve been in the best mood all day showing off my teeth to all my friends. I couldn’t recommend her more.
