Appalling customer service. The employee suggested that I choose a bikini bottom with ‘’more coverage” and stated that the swimsuits I was looking through were for “a younger demographic”.

I was visiting the Northern Territory and had a motorcycle accident and ended up in hospital without any clothes or shoes and being from Brisbane had no one to help me get anything. I rang several shops who refused to help me at all then got hold of Shannon who put me onto her manager Felicity. The ladies picked clothes and shoes for me over the phone then in their own time after work brought them up to the hospital and hand delivered them to me. What absolutely wonderful human beings these people are. These two ladies did not even hesitate to go above and beyond the call of duty to help me and Surf Dive and Ski should think themselves very lucky to have such dedicated and wonderful employees. What great people and what a great company. Thanks Felicity and Shannon you are absolutely wonderful and I will never forget your selfless kindness, regards Andy L.

Great Customer service provided by friendly and helpful staff.I purchased a pair of Vans (sneakers) and a couple of pairs of socks.Jeenele was friendly and polite and quite helpful.There is a good range of swimwear and a variety of other clothing items.A huge range of sunglasses and a wide choice of thongs.Pricing was on par with most Surf shops I've been to.
