BEWARE - I was asked to send approved plans, told it would be weeks to look at this and received an email asking for $2,000 (ex gst) to pay for a quote, details how about I would pay (cash or finance), would I nice out for a minor extension etc. No phone call to discuss - A sign this industry needs tighter regulation.

Mintconstruct were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the start of the reno to the finish. The project manager's dedication to the project was evident on a daily basis. Anthony went above and beyond to ensure the reno went as smoothly as possible and made sure that everything was complete to a high standard and in a timely manner. The tradesmen were so easy to deal with and were extremely respectful of our staff. Geoff was very approachable with any queries and ensured the project was completed successfully.
