My husband and I went shopping today for Magnesium (roll on and tablets) and Ashwaganda. We were asked by a lovely lady if we needed help and we respectfully declined (which we soon regretted as there's so many options) and she went out the back. Shortly after, an employee called Kylie came back into the store on her break with her coffee, eating her lunch and decided she would finish her lunch on the shelf of the isle we were in. After moving around Kylie who was awkwardly chewing down a museli/protein bar, we continued to compare prices, doses and brands. Kylie then moved directly opposite, sitting on a footstool proceeding to have her lunch break in the isle, almost sitting on the floor. Kylie then asked me am I in your way?"

Absolutely love Craig and have found the pharmacists to be really helpful. Some of the counter staff can be quite abrasive and rude, which is a shame. However, I’m giving 5 stars because every time I have attended this chemist, I have seen some of the best customer service (particularly toward elderly customers) from the tall, male pharmacist (I’m assuming that’s Craig haha). Friendlier service (particularly when it’s quiet) would make for a better experience, but this chemist is the best in the area and certainly very knowledgeable!

I dont usually do reviews but the service was so good i felt i had to. The pharmacist gave me his time, shared his experience, answered all my questions. He went above and beyond what he had to.Thank you.

Generally I avoid this chemist as it is pretty slow service especially when you need pharmacist-only products or service, but that may change after today. Charlene served me and she was so helpful, going out of her way to give wonderful customer service. She is an asset to the business and I will certainly go back if she is working there!

Worst experience in-store today. When I dropped off my script one lovely lady served me and gave me a ticket for my script. I was told it would be ‘around’ 10 minute wait which I said was fine ☺️When I returned I kindly asked a different middle aged brunette lady at the counter if my script was ready, she went to check and came back and abruptly told me that it ‘hadn’t been 10 minutes yet’. Pointed at the time on my piece of paper that I had received like I was an idiot that couldn’t read. I then showed her my watch the showed it to be 10 minutes after the time that was written on the paper. I understand that it’s busy but there is absolutely no need to treat people like they are stupid.

Awesome, friendly staff amzaing service. It's a great place to get all your drugs and everything else you can get a pharmacy

A big THANK YOU to Kylie today.Such professional service and so helpuful.I was suprised at how much knowledge she had, and seemed to share it so freely with me.I was so impressed, I asked if she does consultations.I was told yes, however I may not even need one with the information she just gave me.Simply asking me to pop in next time it suits me, and let her know how Im feeling using these items i just purchased.Thankyou Kylie- bless you.

This store is so understaffed it is ridiculous. Every single time I’ve been into the store there have been 5 staff max, 1 of which is the pharmacist. Some of the staff especially the younger ones are running back and forth between the back counter and the front counter doing absolutely everything. Everything takes forever because usually there is only a few people working. Get more staff. That being said the staff there are lovely.

I was served by Phoebe on Saturday and she provided amazing customer service. She was so friendly and helpful and helped me out with some useful advice. Well done Phoebe!
