They don't even deserve the 1 star.. My parents recently stayed at the Property for my Mums Birthday and were absolutely appalled before even stepping inside. The house is rotting away to the point where day light can be seen coming through cracks in the walls, the decking is not even nearly safe to walk on and the railings have come down. The house had not been cleaned, there were wet towels on the floor, visibly soiled sheets and no sign of the promised Breakfast included" This house may have been an icon in its time but it is in no state for guests

We have just arrived and the cottage is beautiful! Very clean and homey. A loaf of bread was left for us along with some coke meats, tomato, milk and butter. Very nice little touch. Looking forward to spending the night here!

Cute little house but terrible communication with the owner!The house is old and needs some work to do. But it's a peaceful area and the bath with the view is enjoyable.Also in winter the fireplace (gas) is pretty good and it's warming up the place pretty quickly. The TV on the wall is too high and it can be not so comfortable to watch a movie.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!my partner booked a surprise getaway for my 21st birthday, weeks before the booking date we were preparing to go into lockdown, my partner contacted the owner regarding what would happen with our booking to which she stated we would be able to reschedule one we were no longer in lockdown. Once lockdown was announced for the week which we were supposed to be travelling, my partner attempted to contact her for multiple days to arrange to rebook, however we did not hear anything back. One we finally heard back we were told we could not get a refund and could not rebook, unless we were willing to pay for another night, which had not been previously stated to us. We paid nearly $500 for the night and were not even offered a refund of 50%.She did not reply back to any of my partners messages or return any phone calls to try to rearrange and would not cooperate with us whatsoever.Extremely poor customer service and a horrible experience.

Shocking experience. Was asked to provide a 5 star review by the manager in order to get a refund which was agreed in writing and then never heard from the manager or the host again. Stay away.0 stars should be an option.

I was very excited to stay here and the pictures looked amazing, however sadly the pictures are no longer a representation of the current condition of the property. The property appears to have been severely neglected as it is falling apart, and it appears that the owner/s are taking no interest in keeping the property clean. Not only did we arrive to an uncleaned property from the previous guests (rubbish left out, dishes, soiled sheets left next to the bed, etc), when we did make contact with the owner to discuss, the responses we received were that of someone who did not care. Upon returning to the Property a couple of hours later after the property having supposedly being cleaned, all we found was the bed made however the property still very unclean, we even noticed that a dirty tea towel from the previous guests had just been put back into the drawer. Very disappointing as it appears reviews from other guests sometime ago reported the property to be amazing. I would not recommend this place in it's current condition.

I booked this Airbnb back in July, we were super excited to do something on our long weekend & to just relax.Well when we got to the Airbnb something didn’t seem right, there was dishes in the sink, wet towels hanging up & a bed that hadn’t been made.I called Regina with no answer, I wrote to her through air bnb & got a response straight away which was great.Unfortunately for us Regina said she had this date booked out & was away there for didn’t have a cleaner booked in between stays so yes when we arrived the house was still dirty from the last guests.Regina said she would refund the cleaning fee and get esomeone to drop out clean linen or give us a full refund. We took the refund but how does someone make such a big mistake?Our long weekend was ruined with nothing else booked and to late to book anything else.Just seems odd that we had done part payments for this booking & she had no idea we were staying…. We also got the check in details so that doesn’t match up either.To be honest, stick to the reviews. The place was dirty, Dusty & needs a good make over. The photos are nothing like what’s in real life.

I not sure where to start with reviewing this place. I will start by saying that if you are thinking of staying here DO NOT DO IT. The house is not what it appears in the photos.When we arrived last week it was obvious from the outside that the house is neglected and run down. Windows rotting and timber decking leading to the front door rotting away.Inside the house was filthy. That is the only word I can use to describe it.Firstly the refrigerator and the sink were omitting a vile smell. We managed to open one of the windows to at least get some fresh air.There was dust settled in EVERYWHERE. Not just on the furniture but on window sills, skirting, light switches.Breaksfast provisions consisted of a few eggs, onions, 1 tomato, 1 teabag, 3 coffee ratchets and long life milk.And don't lean on the dining table as it is broken and the top will fall off into your lap!Outside on the deck, there were broken and damaged and rotten decking. And the security rail was damaged and ripped off the house along with some timber off the house.We tried to contact the host and to this day, one week later, no response. If you read the reviews in AirBnB you will see where people have gone to the trouble of actually detailing all the issues.This place is completely unsafe and not clean.

We stayed here over the weekend as my partner surprised me to get away, this is in a beautiful location and the house is very cute.. however.. so many problems I don’t even know where to start. The place was that dusty my allergies were really bad and now taking steroid medication to calm my skin down. It’s really sad because the place is actually beautiful but so much work needs to be done, it is rotting away the decking is dangerous at the back my foot almost went through it lol. Dead bugs around and thick dust all over the ceiling.The internet does not work, we even messaged the lady to ask for it and she sent us some details but still did not work and she didn’t even bother to reply back when we said they do not work. ALSO breaky is not included.. there was a draw with gone off vegimite in there lol a random opened butter in the fridge. It’s such a shame these people don’t care.. so many negative reviews yet the owners don’t put any care into this joint.

We booked this bnb to stay in, but then lockdown happened. We were promised that we could change the date of our stay if a lockdown happened. Instead Regina took our money and let the booking complete" in the Stayz system
