I went to this chemist to purchase goods, on my way from the car park to the doir, the staff locked the door, 5 minutes early, when i knocked they signalled that they are closed, i tried calling the store, there was no answer. I only wanted a single item that would have taken no more than 3 minutes in and out, which would have left a couple of minutes until scheduled closing time. Very disappointed that i was turned away prior to closing

I'm not from the area but visited this chemist a few times when visiting my elderly parents. Always well stocked and welcomed with friendly faces and smiles. Would happily take the detour to pickup essentially here when I'm in the area.

When I went to purchase a ventolin puffer and some tablets I was charged $29. However when the checkout person saw that I was paying cash I was charged $21. There is currently a limit of 1 ventolin per person, I was offered 2. The owners of this chemist are overcharging and clearly making the most of the situation in a disgusting way. I will be contacting the relevant authorities.

Excellent prices, nearly as cheap as Chemist Warehouse with far better service. Store a bit run down and lacking the glitz and non prescription choice but I will come back if I'm still in Melb next month. Keep up the good work.

I would drive 30mins-1hr for such quality service, spending whatever price for my products as I trust them even though other chemists are only 1mins drive away. They’ve always been considerate of my financial and health needs, providing the cheapest options without sacrificing quality.The first time I went there, Helen introduced herself & each time I’ve been there, she remembers my name, the assistance I need and personally takes me to the products I enquire about. They have always treated me like I’m truly valued. They give me VIP customer treatment every time.I have never felt so special at any chemist. You will never be a number there.

I usually get prescriptions eg votaren drop epipen from Chemist Wharehouse, but price here are much so much cheaper, and amazing customer services, no wait, plus plenty of car parks, recommended.
