Extremely disappointed with the attitude of the make up department assistant who claimed 3 x I should not use cash for my purchases! Cash is legal tender. All stock is handled as much as cash! Cash is no dirtier than peoples hands which handle our goods. Shame on Big W!

The team at fountain gate is lovely. Every staff member is polite and friendly. Lovely ladies at click and collect service always. Also a team member tony wished me happy birthday when i told her it was my birthday. Also surprisingly there is always stock available for the stuff i need. I love to shop for my baby daughter clothes and toys.

Was happy to travel to Fountain Gate to visit Big W as they have always had a better range of Men's clothing than any other Big W I can get to. Had all the stuff I wanted and all at a great price. Thank you Big W Fountain Gate, I will be back.

Everything under one roof with bright wide open spaces. At the right time of day a lack of crowds makes for an optimum shopping experience.

No stock on floor to buy Electric Blankets. There were only queen size ones. No double or single size. Kmart had a better stock and way cheaper too. I understand you pay what you get, but, having no stock is something that I do not agree in retail stores, unless demand exceeds supply.
