Chris and the team are always professional, look after my vehicle and are great value for money. They installed an aftermarket exhaust on my SSV ute and serviced that vehicle every year until I sold it and they now look after my Honda. All interactions with the staff have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

As a Automotive business owner I don't recommend doing any work for this company as they don't pay! I've been waiting for an invoice for approved work to be payed for nearly a month and when I rang ( lost count as to how many times ) and spoke to Chris who I presume is the owner he proceeded to to become abusive and threatening. People like this give Mechanics a bad name and shouldn't be in business.5/12/22Clearly you are a childish human. The only person that I spoke with was yourself and Chris T. Never once did I abuse anyone other than yourself and it was only after the attitude that you had when you answered the phone

Not the place if you want work done in a timely manner. Doesn't take all day to get my car on a lift to check out what I want done with the exhaust. Dropped the car off at 9am, got called at 4pm and was told couldn't be done. Booked it back in with different parts, rung ahead to see what a good time to drop it off was, 11am was supposedly a good time for them. Dropped it off and didn't get the work done till 4pm. Literally cutting out a foot long straight piece of pipe and weilding in another.

Poor poor service tried phoning numerous times wanting help. Clearly too busy to return calls, maybe don’t treat your staff so poorly and constantly assault them and you might have more luck

Chris and the team at rapids definitely know there stuff I had my ford falcon fgx repaired for transmission problems he went over and beyond with the build and one thing I loved was always the good communication back and forth on how the car was going good work guys will definitely be back

Raps installed my bullbar, towbar and tray on my work ute. The products and installation were high quality and installed on time. I also go to Raps for each service and find he does a high quality job. The staff are friendly and courteous.

I Had one of rapids engine enhancement upgrades applied to my 2017 vf II Commodore V8 Ute and couldn't be happier.Great service & value for money compared to the big name upgrade houses. Vehicle is now a joy to drive. I recommend this business to anyone looking to enhance the performance of their favorite ride.
