What a surprising place. From the outside, the attached hotel looks a bit soulless but once inside the restaurant, that all changes. Fabulous food. We had thai fritters to start and then chicken and lamb. Both exceptional. Great wines to match too. The blueberry frangipane tart was something out of a Parisian bakery. Go.

I stay at the TH for two nights.I ordered room service from the Oakroom as I had jet-lag. The risotto was the best I have ever had,the flavours were so fresh and well balanced.A side serve of fresh green Veg which were also so fresh and tasty.The best reasturant meal I have had for years.Just what I needed after twenty six hours of travel.

Really nice decor and atmosphere. We had 3 courses and while the food was nice I don't think it's worth the prices they charge. The main came out a little too quickly after our starters and then the staff were persistent when it came to choosing dessert but we deliberately took our time as our pet hate is being rushed at dinner

Last minute celebration and it was excellent. Service was well timed and attentive matched by fabulous meals.The was a wide range of dishes on offer with something for everyone. Thanks for a great night.

Had the mixed grill. Potato puree and pork belly where stand outs. The duck was a little over but a great dish. Finished with the dessert share plate. The macroon was amazing. Service was fantastic.

First time going. Was suggested the special Risotto which was amazing and quite reasonably priced. Beer was little on the expensive side for what was on tap. Seating was a little cramped but for the limited room they have it was fine.

Had a steak here for dinner. Shared some pizza and other sides. Everything was good although I have to say that the steak was a touch dry. Staff were all helpful and attentive.

Excellent place to stay, restaurant serves lovely food, room was to high standard. Would recommend this place to anyone.
