What an experience I had at the store on Thursday the 4th of Nov*.I was extremely lucky to be served by Haley, who also had the best tattoos I’ve seen in a hot minute.She assisted myself with a super cool purchase of a new pair of shoes, and I’m super grateful to have been served by her.She deserves the 100% praise!Thankyou!

I just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Leyton. You served my very excited 12yo tonight. Not only did you go above and beyond, fully explaining everything including the best places to skate in the area, but you made him feel so comfortable. As a first time skateboarder who has saved his pocket money and birthday money for months, you worked within his budget and really listened to what he wanted and encouraged him every step of the way. Noah was so excited that you understood his current injuries and is now fully pumped knowing he can still practice and build his skills. He has already got scraped knees, but loved every minute of it. You have gained a regular customer. Thanks again.

Fell in love with this place , reminds me of when I was much younger and had to chase down shops like this one . Very helpful & insightful customer service and you can pretty much find anything skate related here . Thanks guys you made my experience super nice

Been a couple of times and have had great experiences every time I go. The staff are always super helpful and offer some great recommendations.

Came in today to buy our daughter her first skateboard at the Fountain Gate store. The guys were awesome, very friendly, very helpful and even managed to find the board she really wanted out the back! Thank you!
