Seapointe Homes recently built our high-set narrow lot home (on 10.1m wide block). The house is spacious and finishes are of a very high quality. The whole process was seamless and Darrell and his team kept us fully informed throughout the build. I was impressed with the speed at which the house went up, laying slab to handing over keys literally took only 4 months! This was our first build and Darrell went out of his way to ensure we were happy with the end product.I would highly recommend having a chat to Seapointe when thinking about building your new home.

Thats a door we wish we had not knocked on, a rude greeting would have been a cheaper option.

Went to collect something from the lovley people at unit 4, got confused and knocked on seapoints door, and the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE!!
