PRP Diagnostic Imaging Gordon

Waited for over 45mins while 4 other clients were taken before us. No apology or explanation given.

arrived 8.50 am for my 9.10 am appt for xray on hand and ct cardiac scan.hand xray done at 9.20 am , fine, went in for ct scan at 11.50 am. Not so fine.Nurse attempted to find vein for dye in right arm. No luck. had a crack at left arm, no luck. Mentioned my veins too difficult to find. The nurse decided to have her supervisor try. He had no problem finding vein and had it set up in seconds. Have had no problems before. Had a blood test two days prior. No problems with veins. I was left with a lump and bruise on right arm from poor first attempt. Nurse had a practice doctor check it for me. Assured me it was ok and the bruising and slight pain would be ok in a few days.Reason for this review is that I feel this nurse needs more training, as she may cause problems for patients in the future.To balance this review, the person who did the hand xray was great, as were the receptionists.

While I was there, only one person (aside from myself) from more than a dozen people, checked in with their phones for COVID. This is a medical environment. It's outrageous!. Personally, my visit was fine but the lack of check ins is concerning.

Told to arrive at 11:30. didn’t get called for an hour until I asked what was going on. Then forced to wait another hour for a pill to take effect. Now been waiting 2 hours for a 3 hour test. What a disaster. Do not recommend.

The staff here were helpful, respectful, and professional. Made what was quite a daunting appointment not so unnerving. Easy to locate & ample free public parking across the road.

Worse one I have ever come across with. No flexibility at all with appointment. They don't care that people have to work either. The woman who answer the calls and making appointments is a nightmare to deal with. The most unhelpful I have ever come across.Their price hits the roof too.Simply search around and spend your money in other imaging places.

Thank you so much to the two wonderful women who did my son's brain MRI. My son surely must have been the most difficult patient that week but they were so incredibly tolerant, kind, patient, caring and professional. Thank you!!!

Wonderful receptionists, had mammogram and the Dr. picked up that I had early stages of Breast Cancer. Lovely Dr, very sympathetic. As it was caught so early, I am now 100% well - I cannot recommend the team at PRP Gordon highly enough.

I spoke on the phone with 2 people. The first person was excellent, friendly and helpful. But the second person I think Kayla(?) was cold not fantastic but still booked my appt for me, maybe there was an issue with my phone connection.Aside from that I waited 30 minute for my appt which is long I guess I'm not sure what the standard is for imaging places. However, all the receptionist staff are friendly, approachable, caring, polite, and professional. One of the the receptionists was attending a customer who had to wait sometime. She noticed she was cold and asked if she had a jacket in which case she said no and came back with a cardigan and gave it to her which is so caring, clearly going above and beyond. She asked if she wanted a cup of tea how she liked her tea and even offered her snacks whatever she desired, at the end she asked for a chocolate biscuit. Truly 5 star service. I think they all deserve a payrise. All the other staff seemed friendly polite and professional. My technician was excellent and I had a fantastic imaging experience despite how uncomfortable imaging is.I'd say this is the go to imaging centre in this area. It has far more reasonable rates than the other one in Fox valley, and far better reviews than the Hornsby prp.

Booked an ultrasound with my pregnant wife. First they booked it at Gordon, when Hornsby was chosen. Second, when we turned up for the scan they explained that they could not do the scan as the sonographer was not confident in completing it whilst my wife was undergoing chemotherapy. This was despite the fact that this was explained when booking. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for pregnancy scans.
