Has to be one of the worse run KFC around. Twice now I’ve got food through the drive through and both times when I’ve got home I’ve found my burger to be missing its chicken.

Had my food door dashed, ended up going in to find out our delivery was pushed back every time someone walked in and ordered. I paid for mine so believe I should not be pushed back because I’m not there. My money is the same as everyone else’s. Plus the driver gets paid per delivery and he was there for nearly an hour waiting for my order and only got $7. All because they think drivers should wait. Kfc is the worst for this.

They are inconsistent, incompetent and down right don't really care about customers. The management needs education on how to run a business. I did uber eats for my daughters birthday and I ended up going down there to kfc after waiting 1hr 30 for delivery and not be compensated for my time to pick up myself. I do NOT recommend Kfc kallangur to anyone. Go elsewhere please. And this is not the first time my orders have been wrong .

Usually a good KFC but this time and the last one too, it was so greasy and overcooked too. The young staff are always good however at customer service. Sundays and p holidays in Queensland lead to too many juniors working due to cost and there isn't enough experience to ensure a consistent product. Wont be going back for a while.

A 40 minute wait for food today. From someone who worked in Fast Food for five years this just isn't acceptable.The manager isn't managing the staff correctly, the staff were chatting out the back, the chicken was gone as quick as it was prepared (pretty much all to Drive Thru), they had two people serving, packing and dispensing orders front of house but like 7 out the back, the bloke out the front seemed confused and was sloth-like ... They looked after Drive thru, but front of house was a massive let down. If chicken is cooking, have more staff out the front serving, packing other orders (like burger/chip meals, etc) and communicating with customers. Anything to pump orders out faster. They had all of what my order required ten minutes in.And I get home finally and my burger is cold (as they were sitting pre-made for 15-20mins) and my large chips was half full. I think some staff honestly need retraining in customer service and food preparation. If I was that slow in 'fast' food I would have been fired, and if it was busy I would be running from front to back doing kitchenhand and cashier duties. I'll be going to the North Lakes store next time. Pick up your game guys, this isn't the first.

Was driving through and started craving KFC. I went in and got served by Alfie however I heard her being called Riley? Very confused. Anyway, she served me swiftly and very politely and she was also very clear. I got my food quicker than any other fast food place. Very well done Alfie (or Riley) I will definitely visit again.

Sat in drive through over 20 mins after doing online order, then got told to sit in parking lot to wait for food? Talk about fast food what a joke, absolutely useless and slow. Still got the order wrong and was cold by the time we got it, you guys need new staff

Was abit busy, this was due to the north lakes one being shut for refurbishment. However the drive thru line kept moving fast this was good after a long day out
