Jacqui was a breath of fresh air after meeting with many other agents in the area to sell our block in Sandgate. She was not pushy and did not hassle us like other agents and listened to what we were after. We could not recommend Jacqui enough she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and got us a great price for our block with minimal fuss!

If I could give no stars I would, very unprofessional, lost our Entry condition report, laughed at my husband when he told the Manager that he tripped on a hole in the floor caused by rotting floor boards. The house was deemed unliveable for human occupantcy since the 2022, floods have gave them the paperwork but they don't care even before my step dad did work to the house that made it so he could just live in it, they rented it before we vacated and accepted their bond before they inspected, brought them to view with no Entry notice, just a call saying they were coming. No customerservice, my daughter tried calling to speak to manager the receptionist said he call when he got from the bank but never did, they are happy to take your money and do nothing to help you. So disrespectful calling my husband by his last name even after he asked him not to and told him please call me by my first name.*Nothing was ever rectified, the only work ever done to that house was by my husband, you've never tried to call me at all couldn't even call my daughter back.

I would not recommend this real estate, particularly if you are a renter. My elderly father rented a property through this real estate and the landlady was very controlling and would turn up to the property unannounced. This person also entered the rental with her husband and verbally abused my father, and myself. I raised this with the real estate but they did not see a problem. I reported this to the police, and removed my father from this situation. This was a very distressing situation and we needed some support but got nothing. My father was only in the property for two months.

When Shelley first saw our investment property it was uninhabitable after years of neglect. She offered to project manage a complete refurb of kitchen, bathroom, living areas, electricals and exterior which was a great help for us given we are located interstate. The work was completed on time and budget. Shelley really went above and beyond anything we have experienced with other agents in 20yrs of owning properties in different states. The property has never looked better and is now rented to a great tenant.

Jacqui sold one of two blocks we owned in the avenues at Sandgate which our family have owned for three generations. It went to auction and achieved a record price for the area. Jacqui is a great agent, straight shooter and professional in her dealings. We would have her as our agent again. She was also able to organize us a great rental while we await the construction of our new house on the remaining block.

As a landlord living overseas, they have professionally managed my investment property for quite a number of years and in that time I have not had to worry about a thing.
