The staff member that was answering the phone today was horrible. I understand that you would be busy and are under the same pressure as all the other pharmacies regarding the Ozempic Injections but unfortunately I do not need to be spoken to like the way I did today. Wish you would understand the frustration and anxiety all people sorting this prescription feel at the moment. Your job is to help people and be kind. Got nothing like this from them.

Needed medication on a Sunday morning. Signs says opening hours are 8am til 7pm. Is after 8am, and no one is there. No lights on.

I needed a prescription conveniently, sadly, as the price I was charged was $24.95 for 10 tablets and the Chemist Warehouse price was $7.39 for 20 tablets. This is daylight robbery. I understand we all need to make a living but this is ridiculous.
