Such an amazing, calm, clean business! They are so kind and knowledgeable and the water is filtered without chemicals so you don’t have to worry about baby being exposed to any nasties. Definitely worth the price and they’re very upfront that if you cancel within 12 hours of the appointment you forfeit the money but it’s fair because they only have a small number of appointments per day. Will be taking my baby here until they’re 8 months old - it’s just the best!

I took my 4 month old to the Penrith location and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing, very calm and knowledgeable and my baby had a beautiful time. A great gift for a baby shower or new mother or something different to do whilst on maternity leave. Would highly recommend

My 6 weeks old baby loved it. The place is clean and warm. Ella was very professional when giving our bub the bath and massage, she explained everything as she was engaging with the baby. Overall we are please to come here and will be back for more

We had a lovely time at Baby Spa Aus: Penrith. Ella was the lady who was with us, she is wonderful and so wise beyond her years! She explained the benefits really well and was so open minded and welcoming.

This is such a disgusting business. My son woke up this morning with a really bad cough and all blocked up. I called to let them know that I can't make it because as a mother I need to look after my sick baby and take him to the doctors and I'm also concerned about other little bubs catching anything and they said that I have to forfeit my $95 which isn't a small amount to pay. They could have just rescheduled. Be very careful of paying upfront as you will definitely lose your money if you don't show up and it doesn't matter if your baby is sick because they don't care. Something which is completely out of my control and they don't care about your little baby, they just care about the money they take from hard working women!Baby Spa Australia is not the only business running on appointments and other businesses dont take your money if you're unable to make an appointment for a serious issue!!
