I bought a air cooler $399.00it didn’t work I didn’t no they don’t return your money under no circumstance an I wasn’t aware of that I took them to court an all I got was a credit I didn’t to purchase or deal with them again so it was a win for them they where very adiment they were not going to give me a refund even before they tested the cooler which they test in air con not like we’re a was using it which was bundy heat 30 degrees or more it doesn’t work so all I can say don’t buy from them unless u don’t have to return cause they won’t open the till for any reason stay away get your stuff online least u have some options my direct shop has none
