I have known Jeff now for 3 years. Jeff designed a very complex Dual Occupancy project at Nambucca Heads which I was the Site Supervisor on during the entire construction. Jeff made himself available for any questions or handy advise during the build and has broad building knowledge backed up with experience.The main house won Custom Built Home of the year 2015 in the HIA up to 2.5 million category.Jeff is an extremely thorough Building Designer, he listens to his clients requirements.

Jeff did the design work for our redevelopment at Nambucca Heads. We had a complicated project which included the shift and renovation of the fifty year old weatherboard house on the block and a new Executive residence over four levels with an elevated swimming pool projected out the back of the house. Jeff helped us over a long period where we had to modify original plans to deal with bushfire issues. He was very thorough and accurate and a pleasure to deal with at all times. Gary and Ivy Rumble

Coffs Harbour Building Design
Jeff undertook design and drafting work for internal renovations to 3 separate areas of our home in Dorrigo Mountain. He was professional throughout. He was responsive to all of our requests as he prepared the very detailed plans. He facilitated our obtaining Development Consent and a Construction Certificate in very quick time (37 days) from Bellingen Shire Council. To smooth the way, he arranged a pre-DA meeting with Council to discuss the project and receive input from Council's Planning department. All the more impressive as the approval was obtained during the height of the COVID-19 lockdown. Many thanks, Jeff.
