The service that Andy and Jenny provide is immaculate and one that you would not receive at any other baby shop.We have been here to purchase gifts for a range of ages and they cater mostly for the younger kids. Im always stuck on gift ideas, but Jenny and Andy were able to help everytime.I highly recommend Baby Care Nursery, its great to know that we are supporting a small family business.

We went to Baby Care Nursery to view the Edwards & Co pram as it was the only baby store in Sydney that stocked this product in store. We had visited other major baby stores prior and the customer experience and knowledge provided by Baby Care Nursery was leaps and bounds above other baby stores. Andy was extremely helpful and gave us piece of mind when choosing a pram for our first baby. I can't recommend this store enough.

Whilst researching for a quality, yet cost effective car seat for my grandchildren to have the opportunity to travel with me, I came across 'Baby Care Nursery' in Fairfield.I called to enquire about a particular car seat that I was interested in and their trading hours. I spoke with Andy, who was extremely helpful and arranged to go into the store the following day, after work.On the following day, I arrived around 15 minutes before closing, however, at no point did Andy try to rush me out of his store. Instead, he was very thorough, informative, knowledgeable and honest regarding functions etc., such as comfort and safety with a few different car seats, that convert into boosters and grow with the child/ren. Taking all this into consideration, I purchased a different car seat though still the same brand, as it had better quality safety features and remained cost effective being on sale for only $20 more than the original car seat I had researched.Finally, even though Andy had technically finished trading for the day, and one of his small sons was with him after finishing preschool for the week, for a small fee he fitted the car seat on the spot. He took his time to ensure it was done correctly and explained the process for how to fit it accurately, so I don't have to worry about the safety of my grandchildren. It's all covered!Thank you, Andy for everything you did for me to make sure I left your store as a very happy and satisfied customer. This car seat is working a treat, as the next day my grandson was travelling with me. He totally enjoyed being in it and was extremely comfortable, even sleeping well whilst in it.'Baby Care Nursery' also provides a wide range of other quality products for babies and young children. I will be visiting this store again, as it oozes an atmosphere of family friendly care!I rate this business highly!!!

Baby care nursery provides exceptional services and products and is a one stop shop for all your babys needs! Booked in a baby seat installation bo today with breeze and the outcome was excellece all round! Thankyou to the qualified person to install! The demonstration and recommendations were much appreciated regarding settings of the seat! I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy and or install.Will be going back to upgrade for sure!

Amazing customer service.Andy is really knowledgeable and approachable and took his time to answer all our questions (some of which might have been silly as first time parents to be!). He explained and even demonstrated all our options and even gave us a chance to test things out. He helped with installation and made sure we knew what he was doing every step of the way and for us to try it with him supervising so we would get a feel for it. Would 100% recommend you visiting Andy for all your baby needs!

Family business so you know you get that 1 on 1 interaction, after countless research and online browsing for a pram it can become a little overwhelming. We had our baby car seat installed by Andy and he gave us extensive instructions on how to use the car seat, and even allowed us to video record the instructions in case we forgot. So far, our experience at Baby Care Nursery has been exceptional - from using the online chat function to ask about specific products, to setting up a baby gift registry. I called their store and spoke to Jenny about a registry for our next baby, she was super patient and gave us great advice and things to consider that has been super valuable.Overall Baby Care Nursery have been fantastic, definitely above all other baby stores I've been to.
