I couldn't travel to Mackay to view my investment property which needed a facelift. I contacted Modure and they were so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They had some great advice and in the end talked me out of giving them business as it wasn't the best outcome for my strategy. Modure Constructions completed our major home renovation from January – March 2016, and to say we are pleased with the result is an understatement. We spent a few months looking for the right building contractor; someone who was flexible enough to work with our own designs, knowledgeable enough to advise us when we were out of our depth, and realistic in their fees. We found all of this and more with Jarrod and the team at Modure.Being our third renovation (and the largest so far), we had a good idea of what to expect, but sometimes needed some help planning when things got technical. From the very start, the team were full steam ahead, working very quickly to make our dreams a reality. They kept an extremely clean job site and Jarrod’s communication with us was fantastic – always checking in to make sure our expectations were managed and that we were happy with the progress.Modure were also excellent with keeping to the budget. Whilst there were some variations to the original job cost due to us changing our mind, or adding to the renovation, we never felt unfairly charged and were satisfied in knowing we were getting real value for money.
