Replaced the part which was not required and also had no issues with the replaced parts. Even in the service manual it was not recommended. They did not even inform me before replacing the part and increase the servicing expense. Would not prefer service in future. Also, there is an alarm for engine oil change, after servicing is done. Not a good experience.

Really bad experience here. Took my car there 9am in morning, was told to pop back at lunch time or after work and that I would get a phone call. Popped back over just after lunch, car had not been moved and was advised it would be done ASAP. I call at 4.30 after having no communication, told the tyre wasn't done so I advised them not to worry and that I would take it elsewhere as I had somewhere to be at 5pm and It had already sat there all day. Arrived to pick up car, only to find they were just starting it and was told to wait and would be 20-30 mins, meaning I would be super late to where I was going. All they wanted was my money and they do not care about customer service. Do not recommend!

Great service from Ben and his team. Have been a loyal customer for 8 years. Would recommend them to anyone. Ben is a straight shooter who will always give you an honest assessment and a reasonable price for work done. Don't go anywhere else.

I'm a local and I've purchased tyres from here for all my family cars for the past 15 years. The previous manager Ben was great to deal with. I rang to get a price on 2 tyre brands I was looking at. The new manager Lyndal gave me one price and told me she'd call me back with the other price. Nothing. I rang back a week later. She again told me she would ring me back. Nothing. Apart from not getting back to me, her business manner on the phone was unprofessional. I ended up travelling further to a different tyre retailer and paid more that Lyndal quoted for the tyres I wanted. She doesn't want your business, it's not worth the hassle. Happy to pay a little more elsewhere for good service.

I've been going to Ben for my two vehicles' tyres and undercarriage maintenance requirements for about 15 years now. No issues. He has been very professional. Now my daughter drives a used Mini Cooper. She needed two front tyres, and ordered them (before 5 PM) on Wednesday LAST WEEK. The new 'manager' told her to come over the following day for fitment. She did. No tyres. She was rescheduled for 1:30 PM today (Tuesday). She turned up, and after almost THREE HOURS of waiting, was told that the tyres did not turn up. Her defence? I can't control the delivery of these things." Really? How IRRESPONSIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL is THAT??Please this out Ben. Very disappointing."

Would never recommend. Woman there was absolutely rude. Very overpriced and tried to rip us off giving us one price and then denied that price when we arrived. Poor quality and service. Beware of this business and the woman running the show.
