I have nothing but praise for Steve and Nick at the Hoppers Crossing store with their help & guidance with the selection, quoting & installation of our new double roller blinds. From my first meeting with Steve who arrived on time with a load of samples to Nick who arrived to double check measurements, provide guidance on the placement of the chains & finally the installation was truly professional & caring. We had to replace the carpet in one of our bedrooms after damage caused by a dog. Clint arrived on the day and did a fantastic job. There was a mix up and he took the time to drive back to the depot from Lara and then back again to ensure that the job was done on the day. I could not recommend him more.

We walked into this store, not expecting to receive such amazing customer service. Rahul, who helped us, was kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We did not have a clear idea of what we were looking for, but Rahul had just one glance of our living room photo and instantly recommended the perfect rug for us. And the rug looks so fantastic with excellent quality, and it boosts the aesthetic of our living room amazingly! I am really glad we didn't end up purchasing a rug from online, but chose to receive an expert's advice. Thank you Rahul and the rest of his team for helping us. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I didn’t shop around so I probably paid more than I should. My issue was on the day of installation. Everything had been paid in advance but the installer asked for $400 on the spot as the floor wasn’t level and needed to be ground. Only two rooms were having new flooring and I felt extorted at this cost. Was this a genuine fee or was I being exploited? Is this because you don’t pay your contractors enough or was he taking advantage? (The grinding wouldn’t have taken more than 30 mins). Just as well I wasn’t planning to eat this month. It has put me off getting the rest of the house done.

Please stay away from them there are other places who offer excellent customer service and returns policy. Once you buy something, and you want to return it, they make it impossible. Wish I had known this before. I would never buy from them again neither would recommend anyone to.

I hated the whole experience. The guy quoting presented a small selection. Then gave the old high pressure sales tactic “we had a cancellation, you better book now or you won’t get another chance”. Once we did book we received several calls demanding payment, and because it was so soon we had to pay almost immediately. The people were never friendly and I begrudged every time I had to speak with them. The installers were alright. They were subcontractors. I won’t ever use Carpet Call again.
