The company I work for uses flick to manage our sanitary bins. Our regular technician Sharon James is a wonderful representation of the company. Very friendly and professional. Always follows the correct procedures for our office.

My builder used Flick to install physical termite barrier for my custom built house in 2020. Flick failed to put on a durable notice (showing the termite management system used and the date of the installation) in the electrical meter box per the National Construction Code's requirement and also they did not provide an installation certificate with warranty condition to me or the builder until we asked one year after thr house was handover.Totally unprofessional.Based on my continuous monitoring of the site progress during the house construction, I know that the physical termite was installed in May 2020. When I called them and booked the first annual inspection in Feb 2021 as to maintain the warranty, I was told that was too early and they would contact me in May to arrange the inspection to happen in May. However I was not contacted when the inspection was about to due, I sent them emails to arrange the first annual inspection on 25 and 29 May 2021, they did not reply. On 31 May 2021, I called them, they arranged the inspection to happen on 4 June 2021.Recently, I have been contacted by them through both email and telephone to arrange the 3rd annual inspection due in May 2023. I made an enquiry about the warranty, they said that the warranty has voided because the first annual inspection in June 2021 was not done on time.Now, i think they purposely made the warranty voided by making the first inspection to happen 12 months after the barrier installation (failed to comply the warranty condition). They did not contact me in May 2021 even they said they would do when i spoke to them in Feb 2021. For the 2nd and 3rd annual inspections in May 2022 and 2023 respectively, they activly contact me via both email and telephone calls.I do not like the way they do business, they are irresponsible. I will not use them for any inspection and pest control services in the future.If you can choose the physical termite barrier installer for your build, I would not recommend them at all. They are not trustworthy.

Very happy with our white ant inspection and bait installation. Technician Keenan arrived on time and was very efficient and helpful. Look forward to our monthly reviews.

Jason Thompson from Fick Pest Control did the treatment on my home in relation to termites. He carried out his work in an efficient and professional manner. He was very friendly and approachable and answered any questions I had about the job without any hesitation. For my information he also volunteered details of the procedure he was doing.

Just had our technician Daniel over for our yearly inspection and pest control spray. Excellent customer service as always and super helpful. Definitely recommend this service as we hardly ever see any spiders or ants inside and if we do they are dead. Love it thanks guys
