Don’t mind waiting as I know they are always busy but 2 and a half hours on my day off for refill and straight colour really put me behindI did ask but was reassured they could do itWon’t go back or will be more specific about time ?

Terrible experience. The staff were arguing, the chair was broken and the lady was rough (even after I asked her to be a little more gentle - twice) then after she was done she just moved onto the next person without saying anything so I thought “ok, guess that’s it” and went to pay where I was left standing there for 10mins in front of all the staff who just ignored me. After all of it, My pedicure is not great quality. Ok but puckered in places and not evenly filed. Awful.

I just had a lovely pedicure, reasonably priced and lovely staff.Great experience and very professional, up there with one of the better pedicures I’ve had.Highly recommend

i asked for a certain colour and got a completely different one, they also took 3 hours to take off acrylic nails and put on shellac?

Got a manicure & pedicure in preparation to an event and both were horrible. They made nails feel so bumpy and the product feels cheap and tacky. It also didn’t even end up being the colour I’d asked for. They filed my nails after painting them as well, it felt all over the show and was definitely not worth my time or money.
