We paid for furniture and never received it; and also never got a refund. Owners consistently gave misinformation, stalled and eventually stopped communicating with us even after promising us a refund or the furniture.

Worst communication from a store ever, been over 12 weeks since we ordered, was supposed to be 2/3 weeks. Ducked all the calls, didnt reply to any messages or emails. When we came to the store 3 weeks ago he said it was on next weekends truck and when it wasnt, we went back to the store and its now closed indefinitely, and the phone has been switched off. Very poor.

Very poor customer service. Constantly chasing up a resolution for a table that arrived damaged and a chair that broke within months. I was told i would be getting a replacement to now nothing, First contact was made day after delivery in July with still no resolution. Absolutely appalling customer service and absolute disregard for their obligation as traders. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone.

I am in a similar situation to others on here. We bought a sofa 6 months ago and the fabric has pilled so badly it requires replacement. The sofa has been hardly used and suggested there is a fault in the fabric.After contacting the store to seek a resolution, I have been ignored and their phone is switched off. It seems I will have no other choice but to take my issue to VCAT if they do not follow up.
