The staff at Bendigo Property Maintenance were friendly and easy to deal with. The quote was speedily completed. The planned date of the work needed to be changed due to unforseen circumstances and BPM were flexible in their planning to accommodate the changes. The quality of the work, which included brick infills, plastering and painting, was excellent. A small addition to the job was also undertaken after the initial request. I will definitely be using BPM in the future.

2.5 stars because I feel like they did an average job for the price we paid.We wanted to get the fascia on our roof fixed as the wood at the corners was rotten and unsightly. We received a couple of quotes from different companies but unfortunately they all had different solutions so could not make comparisons. We went with BPM who said they would replace all the wood.Communication was difficult and there were a few delays because of it. Once we finally got them booked in they arrived on schedule.The tradies removed almost all the wood and replaced and painted it. They didn't do one section (where the power comes in) because apparently it would have taken a month to book in the power disconnection even though BPM knew this would be an issue a couple months in advance.The tradies took away the old wood without asking if I had wanted to keep it. Which would have been fine except I might have been able to sell it and I wasn't quick enough to ask them to leave it before it was gone. Not sure what they did with it, if they sold it or used it for other jobs...After they finished the left a bit of a mess, with paint on the lawn, and old rusty nails scattered about. Most of their work was fine except some gaps had not been filled in and I had to get on the roof and fill them in with silicone before the rain.

BPM was recommended after a burst water pipe flooded my place. Jye arrived promptly to quote the job, and work started soon after. Jye's coordination of his team of experienced professionals was fantastic and the team worked very well together.... no hold ups, no delays. Their work was great. Jye's advice on colour schemes, kitchen design and tiling was really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for Jye, and he was always there to take my calls and respond to emails. The end result is beautiful, and I'm delighted.Many thanks to BPM, Jye and the team.

Great experience with BPM. Quick to come out and quote. Original time promptly rescheduled due to another job taking longer. Turned up on time for rescheduled appointment and fence repairs were done quickly and to a very high standard. A big shout out to their worker Lucas who was awesome. Highly recommend him and BPM. Will definitely use them again.
